Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. If we can't make your order we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the item, with postage shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you order.

Your personalised design

You're responsible for checking your text, spelling and preview before ordering. We make what you approve. The 3D preview is a close guide, but colours and small details can vary slightly on the finished item, and layer lines are a natural part of how it's made.

Please only submit text, logos and files you have the right to use. We may refuse anything that is offensive, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Delivery

See our delivery page. We deliver to UK addresses only. We'll aim to meet our stated times, and if we're significantly delayed we'll let you know.

Returns and cancelling

See our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Safety

Our products are decorative or light-duty items made from plastic. Small parts such as keyrings are not toys and aren't suitable for children under 3. Keep them away from high heat, which can make them soften or warp.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable when you ordered.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring a claim in your local courts.
