If something's wrong

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to every order.

Personalised items

Items made with your own text, name or design are made specially for you, so they can't be returned just because you've changed your mind. Please check the spelling and preview carefully before you order.

Standard items

Items that aren't personalised with your own text or design can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us within that time and send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price and standard postage. You pay the cost of returning it.
