Will my item look like the preview?

The 3D preview is built from your exact text and choices, so the shape and wording match. Colours and fine details can vary slightly on the finished item.

How long will it take?

Everything is made to order and dispatched within 3-5 working days, then postage usually takes 1-2 days.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery starts at £1.99 and is free on orders of £20 or more.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I order lots of different names?

Yes. Paste a list of names on the product page and each one is added to your cart with its own preview.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, per product: 5% off 5 or more, 10% off 10 or more, 15% off 25 or more, 20% off 50 or more.

Can I return a personalised item?

If it's faulty or not as described we'll put it right. Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind, so please check your preview carefully.

Can you make something for my business?

Yes. We make small runs with your business name or logo. Tell us what you need on our business page and we'll send you a quote.

Can you print my own 3D file?

Send us your STL, OBJ or 3MF file through our business page and we'll quote for it, as long as you have the right to have it printed.
